Capacity: 7 participants.
Duration: roughly 3 hours including the café intro and wrap.
Location & Start time: 9:00 AM; location upon registration.
Weather: we shoot rain or shine; bring appropriate gear. If conditions are extreme the walk may be rescheduled.
Accessibility: route includes city sidewalks and light walking; please contact me if you have specific accessibility needs.
Follow‑up: registered participants receive meeting café name, route, and prep notes by email.
Cost and cancellation: full details provided at registration; typical policy — full refund if canceled 7 days before the walk, 50% refund within 48 hours, reschedule or credit offered for extreme weather.
Waiver
This walk takes place in public streets and sidewalks where hazards such as uneven pavement, curbs, vehicles, and other obstacles may be present. For your safety and ours, all participants are required to sign a liability waiver and assumption of risk form prior to the start of the session.
