Support Services

Cleroux.com can provide a wide range of hardware support services in many technologies.  Whether you need installation of a new office network or temporary support for a single home-based business computer, we have a plan to fill your need. From Hourly Rates, Full Support Rates that include all systems support at a fixed monthly cost, to Contract Rates that offer a fixed amount of service at prices bellow our Hourly Rates; we have a package that is right for you. Our best value is in our Service Support Rates which can be well below our Hourly Rates. Full Support Rates

Cleroux.com offers three levels of comprehensive full support rates; Bronze, Silver and Gold. Prices vary based on individual needs, requirements and size of network. Please call and arrange for a quote on Full Support Rates.

Bronze level support: Includes all phone in and on-site support during normal business hours - defined as Monday through Friday (non-holidays) from 8:00am until 5:00pm.  *See complete Bronze service level definition for additional detail and problem resolution targets.

Silver level support: Includes all phone in and on-site support during extended business hours - defined as Monday through Saturday (non-holidays) from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm. *See complete Silver service level definition for additional detail and problem resolution targets.

Gold level support: Provides the highest level of support offered by Cleroux.com. Under a Gold level support plan, we are available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week (including holidays). *See complete Gold service level definition for additional detail and problem resolution targets.

Service Support Rates

Cleroux.com can customize a contract for your specific needs and requirements based on an hourly plan. We will do a full assessment of your systems and your requirements. We will then formulate and action plan to resolve current issues and plan for proper on-going Managed Technologies Maintenance and Services. Typically these plans offer a minimum number of guaranteed hours at a rate lower that our regular hourly rates. Our Service Support Plans are designed to give you all your computer service needs and time to do properly scheduled maintenance. Please call and arrange for a quote on Contract Support Rates.

You probably have a "health plan" for yourself, and "roadside assistance" for your car, but who is looking after the health and well-being of your computer? Please call and arrange for a quote on Contract Rates.

Remote Assistance & Remote Desktop Support

We also offer Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop Support if your systems are capable of the technology.

The Remote Assistance feature in Windows XP lets you share control of your computer with someone else over a network or the Internet. With your permission, a support person who is also running Windows XP can access your computer to help you fix a technical problem.

With the Remote Desktop technology in Windows XP Professional you get full access to your work computer via an Internet or network connection. For example, you can connect to your office computer from home and work with files, programs, and resources as though you were in front of your computer at work.

Support Clients

- Full and Contract Support clients get rates lower than our standard hourly rates.
- Full and Contract Support clients get priority services over regular Hourly rate clients.
- Full and Contract Support clients get phone support at no charge.
- Full and Contract Support clients get preferred rates on all other services.
- Full and Contract Support clients can get Remote Assistance Support at no charge.
- Full and Contract Support clients get a preferred “Home Support” rate for all their employees.

Hourly Rates

Hourly rates are available to everyone on an as needed basis. All rates are subject to a minimum and could include travel time. Please call.

Business PC support hourly rate:  $90.00 per hour
(This rate applies to PC based business office environments or home-based business computers on a Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm basis)

Network support hourly rate:   $120.00 per hour
(This rate applies to network installation and/or trouble-shooting services on a Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm basis)

Unix/Linux support hourly rate:  $120 per hour
(This rate applies to single or multiple machine environments on a Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

MAC support hourly rate:   $90.00 per hour
(This rate applies to business office environments or home-based business computers on a 8:00 am to 5:00 pm basis)

24:7 Emergency hourly rate:   $180.00 per hour
(This rate applies to all PC/Network Based support on a Monday to Sunday 24 Hour basis including Phone Support
