reasonable-cost Comprehensive Information Technology
support solutions to small and medium size
businesses. We provide superior service and value to our
clients. Small to medium size companies do not need to
be burdened with a large staff of IT professionals, nor
do they need overpriced outsourcing companies to provide
inferior support as they are busy with their ‘larger’
clients. We can bring a flexible staffing level that
allows you to manage those large projects, resolve
nightmares or just help with small jobs on “as needed”
basis rather than an “if needed” basis.
We

to bring large company IT support to small and medium
companies without the extreme overhead often seen in the
large company environment. We want to bring our
customers the benefits of both worlds. From the
flexibility and agility of the small/medium sized

very hard at communicating with all our clients. Many

back from their ‘techs’ until the end of the day or even
the following week. Even if you do not require emergency
services, we will get back to you and let you know when
we will arrive on site. We also provide full detailed
printed reports of all services provided so that our
clients know and understand what work was done, why the
work was done and if the item was resolved. If the item
was not resolved, we recommend an action plan to resolve
the problem.
We
educate
our clients so that they can learn to start trouble
shooting their own minor problems. Many of today’s
simple computer issues occur on a more frequent basis
and are usually simple to resolve. Our clients can save
time and money by easily resolving these issues
themselves. Don’t pay us to keep fixing the same 5

work individual requests at our reasonable hourly rates.
We also offer plans for normal business hours support,
enhanced business hours support or we can be there for
you 24 hours a day - 7days a week.

Experience
Founder and CEO
of Cleroux.com, Francois A. Cleroux, has been in the IT
Industry since 1978 and first worked on PDP-1174 Main
Frame Computers. Having worked the industry through the
technological years and introductions of, Wangs, PCs,
Apples, Ataris, Commodores, Epson QX-10s, and a
multitude of other systems and technologies including
the introduction of the Internet, he has developed a
keen sense of the industry, its capabilities, and its
direction.
Having worked in the
80s and 90s in the IT Service Industry, Mr. Cleroux has
learned that "great" customer service is a must in order
to succeed. Customers look for and demand value for
their dollar. Paying $120.00 or even $180.00 dollars per
hour and receiving mediocre service is no longer
acceptable for IT Services.
Hard work, great
communications, knowledge, and trained IT skills, are
but a few traits required for delivering superior IT
Service. Detailed study of the 'Art of Service', Six
Sigma and other Enterprise Service Strategies have
enabled Mr. Cleroux to fully understand customer's
needs, wants and requirements. Through proper
consulting, listening, planning and assessments, the
customers issues and problems can be properly resolved
and dealt with.
Years of
Systems Administration and Service Management in small
to medium sized businesses and in the corporate
environment have lead to a greater development of
complete management skills including team leadership
skills.
